• Reviews around app (3.58 of 5)

Garmin Vivoactive 4, GPS Smartwatch, Features Music, Body Energy Monitoring, Animated Workouts, Pulse Ox Sensors and More, Black

    • Cool apps to change the clock face and lot of cool stat tracking
    • The features are great and the interface on the watch and the app are easy to use.
    • The only issue I've had is having the app sync sometimes to my phone.
    • The Android app then regularly complains that it needs these features -- constantly at all times of day or night.
    • However, you can't use things like Google Maps and there are precious few 3rd-party apps for it
    • It is very accurate and the app is very user- friendly
    • Garmin connect is a solid app
    • Decent app selection in the store.-Touchscreen works really
    • The app is buggy though.
    • I felt like the app was struggling with loading the results from the watch
    • I looked at the Coros Pace 2 ( what a heap of rubbish ) nasty, cheaply made, and terrible app
    • The app makes it easy to change and customize between the Connect and IQ mobile apps
    • I bought my Garmin Vivoactive 4 and is far better product that Fitbit, and the app
    • It is quite pricey and it is more expensive than a Galaxy Active Watch, but I found that the extra money has added the convenience of not having to charge my watch everyday, be able to use apps for short periods of time, and not worrying about not being able to charge my watch when I am stuck working 16 to 18 hour long shifts.
    • It's easy to personalize with Garmin Connect IQ app and I feel it has pretty good battery life.
    • if you have been a Fitbit user like I had and switched to one of these watches, the apps are very confusing
    • Does great after sweating in it and , the app is amazing.
    • Scary level accuracy on sleep tracking down to the minute and the app is amazing
    • The app is great
    • The app works great and provides a lot of info
    • I think the app you use is way better than fitbit.
    • The app is good
    • Love the app, love the features it has and the accuracy of it.
    • Great watch, app is lagging sometimes but 5* overall
    • Bought for the Golf app...excellent
    • Bluetooth would also randomly disconnect and require me to turn bluetooth off on the phone and watch then back on, kill the garmin app and then launch the garmin app to sync data.
    • The Android app and syncing are good and intuitive.— Looks/feels pretty rugged
    • Love the sleep tracking, app is easy to use, battery life is good
    • It is a great app and works great with my iPhone.
    • It is a great app and works great with my iPhone.
    • The app should be updated so the features that need these permissions are disabled, not harass me with constant alerts about missing permissions.
    • Great battery, love the tracking and app, so useful for those wanting to optimize their health or manage chronic issues.
    • Mobile app not working in China
    • The app is easy to use and I love being able to customize all my settings
    • Also, as mentioned in other reviews, it shifts to an alternate data display too easily and when not intended far too often, though the Mobile App and Battery Life are Great! .
    • The app is well designed and everything works as advertised.
    • Spotify app doesn't work
    • The mobile app is far more complex, I have it for few months
    • The app is awesome and you can collect a ton of data that is definitely more accurate than any Fitbit
    • The app would be better with a widget.
    • n’t impact so much in battery life, mobile app great info and battery life great I would opt for the Venu since it has a better display.
    • The app is easy to use and the watch and my iPhone 6s works together really well
    • I paid for a hiking app that keeps telling me I may on their free app
    • I felt like the app was struggling with loading the results from the watch
    • Fast, accurate data and a fantastic mobile app to go along
    • The app takes getting used to, but everything works and is easy to find
    • App is free and easy to navigate
    • Battery life is much less when you use more apps like weight training.
    • I love the Garmin Connect app, which is super easy to use
    • Furthermore, the app is poor with limited ability to track well some of the key metrics over time
    • The features on this are fantastic and the app is a bit overwhelming at first, but easy to figure out after a little while
    • Tried Amazfit GTR 2 - nice but couldn't get past being tethered to China, and poor app
    • My only complaint is that the apps are a little overwhelming and the training doesn’t really explain what it’s asking so you have to know what they mean when it says things like “acceleration glide” etc
    • Mobile app is user friendly but needs Garmin to develop more apps.
    • On the other hand, there are several music apps available and I have had a LOT of issues getting my music loaded on to the watch for offline play
    • Plus the app is compatible with Noom, which I've started using as well
    • The features on this are fantastic and the app is a bit overwhelming at first, but easy to figure out after a little while
    • App looks good, watch face doesn't
    • Fitbit has by far the most user friendly app
    • I love the Garmin connect app
    • I sync the app with Cronometer for calorie tracking and it works flawlessly on both Android and Apple phones.
    • The app also works very good and easy to navigate.
    • Even after a full charge right out of the box it is nowhere near as fast as I would expect
    • I have a OnePlus 6T and was really struggling as I wanted something like an apple Watch that wouldnt break the bank
    • faces - the cute ones from the previous watch are not available; the music control is misleading as I can no longer control my music apps from my watch (?!?!?!?!)
