Overall good product to price ratio

I’m an overall fan of Garmin but this product does not work as promised.

Maybe this is just a faulty unit, but I can’t recommend this product to anyone after this experience

I bought my Garmin Vivoactive 4 and is far better product that Fitbit, and the app

I started using Garmin products back in 1999 and have come to know that Garmin delivers innovative, reliable products.

I've owned stainless steel products before and it's pretty difficult for this to happen

This product (and several other Garmin models according to online forums) is only compatible with about 7 models of headphones listed on the Garmin website

If anything it is now worse as I can't seem to swipe left (to get to shortcut, or to change watch face).It's less than a year old, and not exactly a cheap product.

As it's more difficult to find decent wireless headphones that are comfortable than a fitness watch, I will likely be returning this product

This isn't a horrible product overall.

I was really enjoying this product, but today noticed a crack in the screen.

Personally I don’t like Garmin products

I was choosing between a vivoactive 4 and a galaxy active 2 and choose the garmin one because of the many complaints about water damage and bad product support offered by samsung

I bought this on the recommendations of some coworkers and coughed up the $299 because I like Garmin products.

This product is great

I do not recommend this product.

I would glowingly recommend it to everyone that wants a well made product!

After messing around with the watch it's a very user friendly product

They've gone dark and are not supporting their products or communicating with customers.

Did I mention that the sensors have caused calluses where they "light up" in order to measure functions?Overall, given the choice, I would not buy this product again or recommend it to anyone else.
