I am now 2 weeks into this issue and have been told there is no time frame available for this report and a solution and that it could take months

It took me weeks to figure this out, but it worked like a charm

only con is that I bumped the counter in our house a week after I bought it and scratched it badly, so it is probably worth getting a screen protector

all the various fitness trackers is awful (a week at most), so no matter what tracker you buy, the 4s is no better or worse.

Worked with Garmin customer service for 2 weeks trouble shooting until they decided the device was the issue.

Initially was happy with the purchase but within 2 weeks, the software crashed.
