The Garmin Connect Mobile App is pretty bad too

Unlike some of the reviews that I read, I think the App works really well, and I can't really find any cons about this

Right after I received my device and got it all set up, I decided to check out the Garmin Connect IQ Store, which is where you can download the free third party apps and widgets

like i said the watch itself is better than the fitbit watch but the app is terrible, you can connect with friends but no challenges like the fitbit app has.

When I was finally able to log on, I did find a few of the cool apps and widgets described above, but overall there are not many to choose from and most do not have good reviews

After an hour or so of going through all the folders and data screens, I found that the app was capable of many things that hadn't been exposed to me through the initial impression of the watch

Wish it would have a brighter screen and more apps

If they get some better apps then I'll be really happy with it

It is just going to take some time for them to work out all of the bugs, improve their mobile app, and develop a third-party app store
