Here are some pros: great price, it's ok to get wet, simple and user friendly, the Garmin connect software/app is great and very detailed (although it doesnt track as many different activities as the Samsung or fitbit, I found that the Garmin app is more user friendly and aesthetically pleasing).Cons: difficult to put on, it is vety thick/chunky, no backlit screen, doesn't display texts, you cannot customize any settings (like turning off the Movement Reminder bar).I would definitely recommend this for someone who is looking for a basic step and sleep tracker
