I can also see how this would adequately hold a keyboard also with the nice securing straps inside (which was a major decision factor for us).
It has two big straps on the inside for securing the piano, each with several inches of padding as to further protect the instrument.
I love the straps on the inside, and the padding is really perfect.
The case fits both boards wonderfully and the straps hold it in place and protect the keys and buttons so that you can stack them without worrying about damage.

The two retaining straps stay out of the way while you put the keyboard into the case, and then latch down with good velcro closings on the retaining straps, which have nice soft padding on the side that faces the keyboard

This is a case that affords much protection for my Kurzweil keyboard (PC3x)
There isn't much protection for the side pouch (I wouldn't expect much anyway), so I wouldn't recommend using it to transport in a compact mixer, but the space would allow for it if you're on a real-estate budget

Twice now, I have received the wrong product - the keyboard bag that I ordered was supposed to have wheels on it as pictured and described.
I have a older version on SKB 4214W - its a good product for 61key keyboard case, however it weight around 12 pounds at least - and since i am not traveling much, its bit of an overkill for car transport to local gig venues and feels quite heavy to me especially on stairs etc

I had to add a review because before I purchased it, I read a number of reviews that did not seem to give this product a fair shake.
I used the bag one time and the fabric on the case where the handle is, ripped!

If you don't have hold of both handles, the bag will rip
However the bag I recieved didn't look like the picture - it was actually better.
