This is a really nice extension cord, the cord part is braided cloth.

We first plugged a phone charger directly into the wall outlet, which worked fine, and second, through this extension cord, which did not work 90% of the time, and 10% of the time did work but was intermittent.

Main drawback is that the plugs are too close together, so if you're plugging in an odd shaped object like a larger size phone charger it'll block the adjacent plug.
