I love the kick stand feature and the phone seems to be adequately protected.

With this trust I put it on thinking at least it has the cool feature of having access to incoming class from the closed cover

No more flip portfolio style cases though because of the fingerprint sensor location issue and the fact that it would be too thick to put it in my wireless charging stand with the case open (so that i can see the AOD clock.)I really can't wrap my head around why Samsung would make a case with a transparent cover for viewing the display when the phone is laying down, then break the feature

These are all nice features, but I don't think the phone is worth the price point and I would have hoped for a better cover to complement the outstanding Samsung S8.

I went to a local retailer and got this flip cover case because of its attractive features and to protect the new phone.

The stand is also a nice feature when showing videos, pictures, etc.

There are some nice features that the 5-star reviews have raved about that I don't feel my contributions in that regard would be very helpful.
