But, the grill plates & the drip pan have been shedding this nasty black filth to our hands no matter how many times it's been washed

And to top it off, the drip pan has started rusting & I haven't had it that long (only 5 months)

Also love the fact that the Drip Pan slides in the side vs. the older models is just a plastic catch tray you have to make sure is properly placed in the front of the grill

The drip pan was slightly awkward to remove, but I consider that a minor issue.
