Great charging bank

Customer service is excellent and professional and even though I had the option of a full refund, I requested a replacement as this is the best dual port bank with led indicators for the price (so far).

it was great while it lasted, and charged the iPhone faster than a USB adaptor, and it is the same size as a 7Plus, so with some velcro it made for a nice unit, but at 15 months, a full charge in the GETIHU Portable Power Bank, would only charge the phone 10%.

The only thing I do not like about this is that it does not automatically shut off when the phone has reached a 100% charge and pressing the power button does not stop the charge so the cord must be removed from the phone to stop charging which is slightly annoying if you plug it in and forget about it it will drain the power bank unnecessarily
