Amazing customer service!

So I'm editing review due to the great customer service I received and they really want you to be happy with the product.

The company that sells this product is more than helpful they have gone above and beyond to make sure that i have had a fantastic customer experience , that the product theyare selling is of 5 Star quality!

It does so slowly that I think the one I got is defective.------- Update 5/24/17 -------I change the review to 4 stars(originally one) because of the great customer service, they made the difference and solved the issue that I had.
