very poor customer service when you have to purchase a new pair and throw away the existing earphones for a minor repair which results in unusable product.

I would recommend this product for a price compared to other headphones.

The fact that the wireless button sunk down and wouldn't even click or turn on really disappointed me, the product must have been made with some sort of cheap material around the buttons since it broke with no extreme pressure applied or without being dropped

I don't recommend buying, very expensive product for the quality that you get.
