Epic fail Gigabyte

My old Gigabyte z77 MB died close to Prime day and I got this board and a Ryzen 2700 for a very good price

Just letting the XFR\Overboost handle the overclocking, and its great, Gigabyte renames these functions in the

Gigabyte does not disappoint me again

I would recommend Gigabyte's Aorus X470 Gaming 7 Wifi motherboard.

If that is not possible, then I would like Gigabyte to send me 2 ROM chips with good firmware on them so that I can de-solder the garbage old chips and put on the good ones

Highly disappointed, I would stay far away from this board until Gigabyte figure there hardware issues out!

The bios interface is clear, but abysmal in that it lacks any guide or description of the many settings and options that it can perform- not even the booklet that comes with the board is clear at all about any of this settings- although the board has an HDMI, the bios makes it such that those planning on using a Ryzen 2200G or 2400G will have difficulty trying overclock (which is kind of necessary to get 1080p gaming out of those two specific CPU or APU chips).The orange color of the board can clash with the rgbs in a well lit room though you wouldn't notice it if the computer is under your desk

Coming from Intel it is taking some getting used to, but as far as everything working as it should this board seems rock solid

Unfortunately they must not have even tested the wireless because nothing has changed and the MB had little splatters and gobs of Thermal Paste all over the MB including in 1 of the RAM slots, so my guess is that they were behind on RMA's and they just went through the basics as fast as they could
