it's a piece of crap the valves stick and the trumpet doesn't make a sound and before anyone says it's user error my child is in his school band and has been in band from intermediate school to high school.
I have played the trumpet for 37 years and this has a good sound to it for kids to play in band.
I hesitate at first on the purchase because of the bad reviews, bit o am so happy I went with my instinct
The sound from it is also great for a beginner type trumpet

It has lots of storage areas and is very softly lined to protect the instrument and he loves that he can wear it like a back pack
In the four mouths we have owned it my daughter has had to use a loner instrument more then she can use her own...the knobs always have a problem
I'm going to be frank without trying to bash this instrument
They both have over 20 years of experience but giving the instrument the benefit of the doubt, they waited and finally tested the instrument with an electric tuner
Often they are made from “pot metal” parts, which, when fail, render the instrument beyond repair
