I,be played on these colored saxes, and they are definitely inferior instruments.

so I was reading some reviews when I happened across a review of "Ultra-cheap Chinese" instruments

On open band night i noticed his instrument was smoother than some rentals

But for the price it is a great instrument

Great sounding instrument and it arrived at my door in two days

I took it to a music shop and they told me it was a cheap instrument from China and even though it only needed two screws, it couldn't be repaired

You can tell that the keys were made very cheep in some spots mostly if you are looking under them(no affect to sound, just looks) though it's still a beautiful instrument for its price

The five-star rating has to do with my astonishment at finding such a nice-looking, repairable and playable instrument at such a low price

Use it to see if you like playing the instrument, get a fair amount of time out of it, then buy a better one if you're going to take it seriously.

For any parents who are purchasing for a beginner this is a great instrument, got my daughter through 3rd - 5th grade.
