In one of my orders I received a cable with damage and scuffs on the outer jacket

My only negative was that the cables still have some "twist" to them, but that will work out in time (after all, they had been coiled for how long before I got them)

GLS includes two velcro ties with each cable, I like to take them and sew them on to the ends so that the different sizes of ties dont get mixed up with the different sizes of cables (and so they dont get lost during set up, leaving the cables in a tangled ball at the end of tear down.)GLS Audio cables are top notch cables, built cheaper than I can assemble them myself

Every detail appears to be of a quality product and the cables I have bought previously have worked fine

Gls makes excellent cables; price is excellent for the length of these.

Seen better quality cables, but not at this price.
