A bit disappointed.

My only negative comment is that the retractable handle doesn't feel super sturdy, and developed a bit of a loose feeling as our trip progressed.

My only mild criticism is that the one page directions are a bit cryptic and difficult to follow, but I think the company has instructional videos available.
