The latin dance is a bit of a challenge if you're not experienced at it, but you can slow down the steps so you can get it right.

I like how the Latin dances really work the core and the steps are fairly easy to learn after a few exposures to a particular routine

I am pretty pathetic and have no rhythm or grace, so I can't really follow along with the steps very well.

The only draw back is that its at little fast during the dance routines so getting the steps just right is hard.

If you're either familiar with some latin dance or have a good sense of humor about getting the steps totally wrong then I think you'll enjoy it and get some good exercise out of it

The Dance Workout is fun and I use it just as much as the Cardio Workout, but the steps are a little hard to follow.
