One big plus is that this is a dual voice coil woofer that delivers BOTH CHANNELS of bass (like the factory subwoofer) rather than the one channel hookup compromise that others I saw in this price range require.

Great sound especially with the added voice coil, i never knew subs could produce treble so well like this, i tested blu-ray movies and games along with some rock n' roll cd's and the sound is thrilling!. GREAT BUY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!:)
