There are a lot of good Android devices out there, and really you can’t go wrong with most of them, but if you are thinking about the Pixel 4 or 4XL don’t let the haters steer you away.

I declined to spend more money on the Pixel 3, but with it being such a great device (when it worked), I decided to purchase a Pixel 4, although I felt wronged by Google's unwillingness to help with a device I purchased just 7 months prior

The device is adequate and satisfies my desire for minimal bloatware (beyond the grotesque bloating of 'wares that Google has made, such as inserting advertisments in Google Maps, Photos, etc).

But I still think there’s some time before this device is fully refined

One of the most notable pros to this device is the camera, I’d say it exceeds the quality of the iPhone 11 Max Pro in most situations and this device is far more affordable

Google has had several chances to build and release good devices.

This device isn’t 5g compatible which is another con, neither are most current releases through Android and Apple

Battery seems to leap to life after just 15 minutes of Type C Rapid Charging.

The only downfall I would say is that if you are constantly using your phone then yes the battery does die faster and the only other issue is there is no headphone jack you have to buy a certain type that is an C part capable
