No scratches or dents but speaker for calls is busted on opening

The aux input does not work, the speaker only works when it feels like it, and the microphone will not work at all

Last complain about the review is the speaker, now I sold my HTC u11 and bought a Google pixel XL for the sole purpose of seeing what the hype was about up to this day I do not regret selling my HTC and going back one year to get the Google pixel

Got mostly painless refunds for the first two that did NOT work.#1 from Kanga Supply - bad speaker/ringer and crashed.#2 from Kanga Supply - bad mic - no sound in calls or in videos taken, vividly noticeable burn in around the softkeys.#3 from Tech Venture - 9.5/10 quality and seems to be fully functional.

now I did a sound test and that was the issue my bottom right speaker is completely

Received a defective phone - speaker did not work, mic did not work, did not receive calls, froze - exchanged it through the warranty only to receive another 'tested for full functionality' phone that was also defective - could not make calls, problems with texting, problems with speaker

Well, the one I've received has the speaker grill very very dirty (almost looks like the phone was dropped in to a full toilet) and the bottom of the screen has burn-in

But the software experience is horrendous, it froze up a
