I highly recommend this router.

Best router I ever used

For the price, I don't feel these work much better range wise than other cheaper mid grade routers.

I set this up with a Netgear C6300-100NAS AC1750 router/modem (I use COX) disabling both 2.4 and 5ghz wifi on this device then attaching one google wifi point via an rj-45 (I did not disable router mode on the netgear) to the Netgear router.

I alway wanted to buy a router to boost up my internet wifi

I only purchased one router and it works well throughout my 5 bedroom house.

Used a good wireless router placed in the middle of the residence but never seemed to be enough to reach end to end.

It also has a modern, simple design so it looks good out in the open compared to a clunky router you feel ashamed of.

Inexpensive routers are fine for most people and in most situations, but we had a weak signal in certain areas and disconnects, and in 4 months - zero issues.

It's honestly the easiest router that I've ever used

I had a powerful tri-band wireless N router that I was using for a while which was good and also used powerline adapters to provide a gap in coverage, however, just like any router after a few years it becomes unreliable.

In fact it's faster than before, and I had a pretty decent router

devices.for strange reason directly configuring pppoe in google WiFi makes the wan throughput very slow 2-5 mbbs on 100 mbbs internet.but using a cheap netgear router for pppoe and to Google makes it to full 100 mbbs on wifi.

I hated the router I had, and the extenders barely got a weak signal down to the ground floor of the house

Admittedly our previous router was probably somewhat to blame, but after installing this system (which was very easy to do), there aren’t any dead spots in the entire house (basement included) and our wireless speeds are now 120-130 mbps

Someone mentioned that conventional routers allow switching channel numbers to work around interference but this is not an option with the Google Mesh technology.

Google wifi is an easy and great way to get internet coverage thru out your home , I have had a few expensive routers in the past from net gear, and this one is by far the best I have used , you will not be disappointed I highly recommend it
