Our previous router had a difficult time blanketing our living space with a good signal

It also had quite a few advanced settings, such as setting child limits per device and dark times

Do not waste your time and money.not going to do anywhere near what a good router will do.

It seems like every time google does an update, it screws it up

A problem that I’m having is that I’m having a hard time connecting with my WiFi A/V receiver.

On top of that, with or without the problem point powered on, the network itself will just stop working several times a day

but time will tell if they all die soon

Every day we lost internet 2-3 times

I lose internet connection multiple times a day lasting for 2-3 minutes then back on

Setup failed multiple times

And these companies have been caught red-handed violating their own terms enough time that I wouldn't trust them

The router also has a hard time waking devices up on the network

Numerous times my ISP would BS me and say it's my wifi, but now I can tell them that their speed is terrible

Time will tell, but so far so good.

The last time, Google's expert support was unable to get new ports forwarded and in the process they removed 2 ports that had been working

Half the time the units will set up with the App wizard no problem, the other half of the time we have to close the app half way through, factory reset the puck in question and restart the App, sometimes more than once

I've had to call customer twice to ask a general question and troubleshoot another small issue and both times they were easy to reach and helpful

Instead of debugging and waste my time, I disconnected the Ethernet connection to the printer and connected the printer wirelessly.

Please, don’t waste your time or money on this product.

Am stationed overseas and live in a cinderblock building so the wireless signal had a tough time reaching part of the house.

Before these, we had frequent loss of internet (5-20 times a day).

this is by far the easiest time i have ever had with a network.

I really liked the idea of getting consistent wifi speeds though-out my entire house on every device, every time, without diminished speeds, or the need to connect to multiple networks.

I've had to contact googles support several times, and they have yet to resolve my issues

The problem with the non-mesh systems is that they have poor coverage, they are ugly, drop connections all the time and need to be rebooted weekly.

I purchased back in September and have contacted Google support numurious times to address "weak" signal issues affecting overall Wifi performance

Because my internet service stinks I was having a terrible time with a $99 Linksys AC2600 AND it couldn't support 5 Ipad tablets, 2 Wi-Fi connected Laptops, 4 Wi-Fi connected TVs with Roku for streaming, 1 ETHERNET CONNECTED Android TV BOX for streaming, 1 Xbox connected via Wifi...up to 3 smartphones

I just wasted my time before discovering it

It also had a very lagging response time working with Alexa

Every time google support would get the pucks working again they would say that they would call the next day to follow-up to ensure the issue was resolved.

But it experienced service disruption starting from once every few days at beginning to almost once or a few time every day to the end

My son and I contacted Google Support Several times, we were requested to down load programs to my cell phone to analyze the WiFi system

I absolutely love the Google WiFi system!I needed to solve a problem where my WiFi router located in the basement wasn’t t giving me strong enough signal throughout the house (1st floor, 2nd floor, and attic), specially if I had the basement door closed

I spent over an hour working with both Google support and AT&T support and each of them blame the other one
