Aside from the sound, the instrument is strong and has fallen down stairs and been stepped on multiple times by a two year old and hasn't cracked or scratched

The instrument works, but I was disappointed in the overall look...

There were some spots where it didn't look the best, but no one cares too much if an instrument looks bad.

It's a good starter instrument if you don't want to spend a lot, but (as with so many things in life) you get what you pay for
