Grace Digital GDI-BTAR513 100 Watt Digital Integrated Stereo Amplifier with Built-In AptX Bluetooth Wireless Stereo Receiver

    • -amplifiers-6.html#post30021273- (others reported that the bass and treble control buttons are swapped, though my unit did not have this issue at least)Not sure whether some of these issues can be fixed via firmware updates which would probably still mean that you have to send the unit in, as there's no port to do it yourself at home
    • This unit performs amazingly well - there are some very good reviews here - you should read - - these are some points you might find useful
    • I verified that my speakers were not damaged (thank god) but now this unit is useless.
    • It seems it happens after switching from Bluetooth to AUX in, the unit thinks that it lost the Bluetooth signal after a few minutes and it shuts off, even though AUX is active and playing
    • The unit is very easy to use - it didn't take instructions to figure it out.
    • I'll take them at their word that they ID'ed a fault in the design of the units and remedied it, so a properly QA'd unit should be powered on and listened to for artifacts
    • I highly recommend this unit if you have a pair of nice speakers
    • This is a fine little unit, it just didn't have nearly enough oomph for the space I put it in (a loud, high-ceilinged shop).
    • On my unit while streaming aptx Bluetooth music the unit would glitch and drop out for a split second every 2 minutes or so interrupting the listening experience.
    • The unit also looks sharp very clean and various colored LED's (including a nice blue volume control ring).
    • Unfortunately, I still do have to ship the broken one (mind you, the unit worked, just not the external power supply) by dropping it off at UPS.
    • Did I get a bad unit
    • Now as for the rest of the performance rating, I really wanted to love this nicely packaged unit.
    • Remote is working fine, unit is running cool, great product, highly recommended!
    • I've been using the unit for 4 days now and the issue has not improved
    • While the unit is drastically undersized for these speakers (200W per channel speakers) and probably a mismatch in terms of sound quality, the unit still drives them well enough for my need.
    • All in all, this is a fine unit that I would not hesitate to recommend.
    • The second unit works but I am getting a crackling in the audio every few seconds
    • I'm afraid that this unit is still a work in progress for a 2.1 system
    • Unfortunately the unit is plagued by poor design choices and implementation issues
    • The unit does not get hot and the overall sound quality is excellent.
    • While the unit is drastically undersized for these speakers (200W per channel speakers) and probably a mismatch in terms of sound quality, the unit still drives them well enough for my need.
    • I really wanted to like this unit because it is so convenient and is exactly what I needed for my computer setup
    • I don't want to return as we loved the unit so much and can do without it.
    • I cannot recommend this unit to anyone who prefers to hear the music, rather than the amplifier.
    • If the unit was any more powerful, I'd be tempted to turn it up further and distract our neighbors - so it is probably best that the unit is small.
    • I looking for a little different radio, other wise I would keep it
