• Reviews around control (2.02 of 5)

    Grand Theft Auto Vice City

    • that the ending isn't the ending as when your done, you have free control and can just drive around, raise hell, and collect your money from your property you own
    • The controls are horrible, and the graphics suck ass worse than a leech
    • In a melee situation, you don't have good control of your character
    • the controls stink.
    • When the game first arrived in June the introduction to the game played fine and when I finally took control of Verceti and drove across town to the safehouse the game froze during driving to the safehouse I played this game before at my cousins
    • On the downside, the radio stations in Liberty City were great satire and music, in Vice City, they're annoyingly silly with bad music; the side missions are too difficult, especially since the cops are so easily offended, and the controls seem harder to use (maybe just me and my computer). If repeating the same mission over and over and over and over trying to be a-b-s-o-l-u-t-e-l-y perfect just to get that last checkpoint is fun for you, then go for it.
    • I think that the controls when shooting or punching were pretty bad, but I still have fun for a while.
    • Bad controls
    • The controls (especially while driving) are still unresponsive and difficult.
    • The graphics have been improved, and the controls are slightly better than before.
    • best ps2 game ever, slighly better than GTA SA because the controls are better and the view is more stable than San Andreas
    • the controls are horrible (especially the first person targeting), ugly graphics, missions are stupidly difficult (could be ok if not for the frustrating controls), and some of them have insane time limit
    • The game itself has poor character models and a terrible camera control
    • but it still worked :•O
    • Some of them border on insanely frustrating (the R/C Chopper ones especially, and the very last one
    • but it still worked :•O
