I don't understand how some people can give this game bad reviews, yes, it has some glitches sometimes, yes, some missions are a pain, and yes, ALL the stuff you have to do to complete the game 100% might be overwhelming at first

Target system is still annoying(A guy with a gun is aiming at you, why you aiming at the woman across the road?) and some missions will annoy the [stuffing] out of you

Lots to do, lots of cars to steal, some stuff that might be inappropriate for younger kids.

You can buy other stuff like buildings

Other stuff: Not to mention helicopters (a perfect match for the series), more lazy, bumbling cops, more radio (the soundtrack alone is a big achievement, including dozens of licensed 80s classics).Complaints?

Still, you can waste countless hours just killing and blowing up stuff for hours
