I was shocked on how well an egg cooked up with no oil or spray, it didn't stick at all (see video).

I just took the attached photo after cooking a few scrambled eggs in butter on LOW heat.

It does take longer with this pan to make an omelet or scrambled eggs and/or sausage and bacon

With a little dot worth of oil, I can crack an egg, cook it until the white part is solid AND SLIDE THE EGG around with my finger

Wanted a no-stick, non-toxic pan that could fry up 4 pancakes or 4 pieces of french toast and work for omelettes and scrambled eggs.
