What I found was that the device slowed the battery drain while watching movies.

It supports many other devices and iPods but not the Touch

There are so many different models of iPods etc out there now that you have to be sure to read the fine print and make sure you know which devices it supports.

Once again I received the same wrong device

It doesn't mean the device is faulty, it doesn't mean the device has a bad design, it means your batteries have fallen below 1.25V. 4 times 1.25V = 5V.

The return procedures are automated and they said that they would send me the correct device
