I’ve put the paper in upside down a couple of times now - if I check carefully for the side with the line on it, sometimes the label gets a bit loose and my printer jams!

It is a bit difficult to determine which side is the label side, but all you have to do is slightly fold the paper in half; if you see a crease in the middle then that's the labels side, if not then flip

Labels seem to always wrinkle a bit when I apply them, even if the envelope is empty and flat.

The thickness is less than my previous time that is why it's a bit harder to unstick the label.
