I'm 6'2'' and it raises to a height sufficient for me to work comfortably, and there is enough desktop space for two monitors and a mouse/mouse pad.

Height when extended seems right

The height of the screens in the bottom position is actually better than having them on the desk or on the previous shelf I used before.

At 5'2 getting a good height for my monitor makes the tray a bit low

The keyboard is at a nice height with just a slight angle down for my arms which I think is quite nice
