I wish I could give this coffeemaker a better review as it makes a solid pot of coffee, is aesthetically pleasing, has an automatic brewing program and fits nicely on the kitchen countertop.

The pot was filled with ten cups and she narrowly missed getting severely burned.

It seems like the plate that is apparently designed to keep the pot warm after brewing doesn't get very warm not does it contact with the pot fully.

Not too mention it suppose to kick off on its own and I came home the next day and my pot was burnt and smelled like horrible burnt coffee
