After it heated up to 350’ she touched the top on the outside of the unit and burnt her fingers

You're still gonna burn your fingers unless you use some tongs

I was thinking, "Oh good, I don't have to burn my fingers anymore by reaching into the toaster to pull out my bagel

They cautioned that the oven exterior could get hot, but I never expected it to get so hot that I would actually burn my finger when accidentally touching the oven top

That’s when you burn your fingers & curse, trying to remove the crunched up garbage that was your breakfast from a still-scalding toast-slot

but, i still make it work for me asis because well i just love how this thing looks and how so little room it takes up on my counter
