Spend a little more money and get a better unit.

This unit will get so hot when you broil something that if you touch the side it will burn you

Amazon is sending a direct replacement and we'll return defective unit.

otherwise it is a very nice unit.

This unit works just fine, even though the rear heating element never turns

The unit itself feels pretty cheap, the only thing I think would break is the door to cover the toasting section

If all you intend on doing is reheating some things like frozen pizza or making toast, this is a reasonably priced unit within a decent size that can meet most of your needs fairly well
