I love this coffee maker and when it breaks, I’ll replace it with the same or a newer model because it’s a really great design!

Terrible design, leaks water

The fact that the water doesn't have to be poured into the pot for brewing is an awesome design

A better design would be - a slightly deeper indentation to put your cup and the level just below the buttons so you can manually release the coffee/water.

I like the design with the water tank for filling on the side with its easy lift handle and the ability to remove the coffee tank for easy cleaning.

the coffee filter / basket is painful because of a poor design of how to grasp the structure.

It would be a better design if the tray snapped into the main body of the machine

I love it; what a great design not to have a carafe and to have an easy fillable container.

Don’t buy this coffeemaker-it’s cheaply made and leaks in addition to to the top cover coming loose from the poorly designed “hinge”.

its great design, cleans easily, BUT

The old model we had, where the basket was picked up and water was poured in below was a much better design than this move to the unnecessary water reservoir on the side

We avoided models between this one and older one because of poor design issues, but we really like this one

This model 47950 has definite design flaws, quality problems, and should be removed from production

It is designed so that the condensation drains back into the water reservoir rather than into the heating

i use this machine to brew hot or iced tea and i love it, great design with removable water reservoir which really makes filling easy

As others have noted, the design for the current model is hopelessly flawed.

If it only last a another month this coffee maker will be the best, most well designed and trouble- free brewer I have ever purchased

It has a nice, sleek design and is easy enough for even my husband to operate on a daily basis!We had an older, similar model to this that lasted about six years before finally going out a few months ago
