I like the keep warm feature, I have mine set for 3 hours and it keeps the coffee hot the whole time

The features such as the timer, the length of time it stays on-2hours to 4 hours, setting the clock are super easy to use

The removable reservoir is a nice feature that we never use.

I love the iced coffee feature and the fact that it makes a full 12 cups

And now, after only 6 months, the on/off, timed warmer and programmable features have totally failed and if the coffeemaker is plugged in, it is always on.

Love the features of a side water resovoir and measurements visible, but those measurements are skimpy for a mug of coffee

My only negative comment (4 instead of 5 stars) is that the keep warm feature is OK for the first two hours but after that the coffee starts to acquire a burned flavor

It's very lightweight and it doesn't stick well to countertops if flies very easily when you try to spend some coffee but other than that it keeps coffee hot for the recommended time and the bolt setting does make it taste a little better is easy to clean and the removable water reservoir is a nice feature and if you get the reusable filter it would be a nice add-

I love the spout feature, I can put as much coffee in each cup that I want, it keeps it plenty hot and the coffee isn't burned.

The new features are an impressive and an improvement.

I've made hot coffee a few times out of this unit as well and it definitely tasted better than the traditional pot that burns as it stays warm.

It pretty much works as it should

When you try and get a cup of coffee it the lever sits too far back and you cant see in your cup as well as you have to hold it or is slides.
