This one the lid broke off of and the water tank is leaking out the bottom

The water tank seems to lean a bit and doesn't have a nice finished look when attached to the coffee maker, but it functions as it should.

The detachable water tank is not only easy to fill, it lets me get my drip going faster

Then you had to remove the water tank and take to the sink to fill

I had the older version of this model where the water tank was below the coffee tank

The older model did not have this and you had to fill the water tank.

the dog that the water tank lid opens with is broken off and was not in the box with it

Pretty good cup of coffee, I love the fact that we can remove and clean the water tank and coffee warming part

I like the ease of the removable water tank& coffee tank, but it just doesn't do its job.

It's easy to fill the water tank - it keeps the coffee relatively hot - if you put milk in your coffee a good idea is to heat the milk in your cup in the microwave first THEN pour your coffee.

I like the design with the water tank for filling on the side with its easy lift handle and the ability to remove the coffee tank for easy cleaning.

I have had the older model for several years, but recently it started leaking from the water tank and the coffee was dispensing in a tiny little stream

This has a separate water tank, which is convenient, but makes the brewer take up a few inches more counter space.

Filling the water tank is a breeze

Suprised that even passed UL, can't be very safe!- Water tank lid hinge made of very thin plastic, broke with just 1 month use.- With three months use, it has now developed a loud 'buzzing' noise as soon as it is turned on

As result, 10 cups of water only new 4 cups of coffee, with five to six cups still left in the water tank.

We can only get one corner of the water tank into the water dispenser and it takes a pretty steady hand to make sure not to spill the water when it gets to the top

When you try and get a cup of coffee it the lever sits too far back and you cant see in your cup as well as you have to hold it or is slides.
