I love the way you can set the time once and just hit the button from that time on, and it is set!

I like the way you fill the water reservior, but it isn't as easy to dispense the coffee as my old Brew Station was.

The only way to combat this is to clean the reservoir out after each use, or to contact Hamilton Beach requesting a different coffee maker of equal or lesser value.

I've made hot coffee a few times out of this unit as well and it definitely tasted better than the traditional pot that burns as it stays warm.

When you try and get a cup of coffee it the lever sits too far back and you cant see in your cup as well as you have to hold it or is slides.
