This is the second try on this coffee maker and the second time of same resultsPros: makes a great pot of coffeeDoes take about 10 minutes though so plan accordingly fly if you need that cup first thing

Major drawback is: no setting to keep pot hot

We are a family of coffee drinkers, so this pot is great for us

I actually like this alot the reasons for 4 stars is after you make a pot the warmer doesnt stay on long enough for you to enjoy more than two cupsWish u had a way to keep the pot warm until finished

Wanted to investigate dual-mode models, especially with a view towards accommodating guests when a complete pot isn't desirable, and this unit came at a very reasonable price

Love this coffee pot even bought my sister one for Christmas

BUT I ran a clean pot of water through the carafe and it came out with white particles all in the water

He complained that his usual pot of coffee ends up tasting burned after an hour of sitting on the burner

I find the machine absolutely fabulous and makes a fantastic cup/pot of coffee.

What I like most about this product is the ability to do an entire pot or single brew a cup of tea, coffee, etc...great if you have guests that prefer something over coffee

While this is a good looking system, several things stand out in the odd category: The nice slimline pot is easy to fill, however it's a bit tight getting it into the back left side of the machine, seeming like this is built for a left hand person
