First, it is not helpful that the grinding cup is removable, because after you have ground your coffee when you go to flip over the grounds into the filter the cup plops out into the coffee grounds and creates a huge mess

Only issue is that ground coffee sticks to the bowl and some of it gets between the bowl and the inside of the grinder, requiring some cleaning.
