First thing that came out of the box was this god awful lid

The only thing I don't like about it is that the lid is very difficult to remove - it takes all of my strength to pull the lid off.

I just wish the lid wasn’t so hard to take on and off compared to every other blender ive tried in my life

The lid has so many bumps and pockets that it is very hard to clean

I hated cleaning the lid, but besides that it was a good blender

Cons: the lid is a little tricky, it seems to be "keyed" to the pouring spout

when trying to pry this lid of as not everything comes out the spout

Seriously, I didn't want my food touching that lid, that ugly lid

The lid is very difficult to remove and I always have to make sure I have a good hold on the jar before trying to remove the lid.

Doesn’t blend well, lid is not easy to get on and off.

It’s not that hard to put on and off but normal blenders are easier to take on and off but everything else is great and the lid honestly isn’t really an issue just something I noticed

The cup is glass and seems sturdy but the lid doesn’t fit well on the cup so I have to hold it down to use

My biggest complaint is the lid

The power of the blades is not strong enough to blend frozen fruit, the lid was impossible to get off and the blender itself was difficult to clean

This blender is amazing, I absolutely love the lid with the two spouts for pouring and it has an incredible seal

The lid is VERY hard to remove - my wife has to ask me to take it off when she wants to clean it

It is difficult to place the lid on the pitcher as well, but I suspect that will improve over multiple uses
