So you cannot hide the side of the subwoofer with the ugly cable attachement connections, but you need to position it so that this side faces you (outward) and thus is visible.

Connection to my PC was easy, and the sound in my favorite musical genre (Classical) is crisp and cear

Just be aware of the very directional sound stage of the speakers and the rather limited connection options

Obviously there's a bad connection in there somewhere.
