Actually the sound will 'hurt' your ears

In fact, I had to turn the highest frequencies down using the software equalizer - the highest range was actually hurting my ears.

The way higher frequencies sound, they are still hurting my ears even at medium volume, and even with adjusting the equalizer.

I'd imagine audiophiles would be relatively happy with these, and your average person with a decent ear would think they sound fantastic

The speakers are performing very well on headphone jack of notebook as well as on external DAC/soundcard

I've been using it for more than two years with my computer as well as with my Large TV.In overall, the music sounds good and the movie dialogue is clearly presented

Built quality is not as good as to the first generation of production

My only complaint is that the rubberized feet of the speakers have a tendency to retain dust, necessitating a through cleaning.

And the woofer leaves nothing to be desired: it thumps, hums and bumps exactly as you would want
