This pad is the perfect size and the material has the perfect glide on top, and is rock solid on my desk

A possible benefit if this was someones preference is that this is pretty smooth/fast gliding for a cloth pad as opposed to the higher friction/resistance some like for FPS games and such

Has smooth texture, so mouse glides pretty good, tho initial force need is higher, vs the hard-surface one i had before

Finally, the mercerized surface does help to provide smooth and precise glide on my mouse along the pad
