The lumbar support was never at the right height for me

My legs bend it down and it always feels like it's going to snap off, but it hasn't yet.— Lumbar support pad does basically nothing because it's not close enough to the mesh and it doesn't move up and down enough.— Headrest works if your neck doesn't curve forward like mine.— Armrests

The lumbar support sits in just the right spot (and is somewhat up-down adjustable)3

I also removed the lumbar support, as I had a hard time adjusting it so that it wouldn't roll down and start pressing the corner into my back (and the mesh itself provides plenty of support without it).
