After attaching cable and removing the existing cable my picture popped it never was as sharp as when I replaced the cable

I ordered four of the ten foot cables to connect a 40" 4K monitor to my PC as well as to a Nintendo Switch.

I got 4 in all for each of my components, but only one is 4K and it works as it should with no issues at all.
