Great stuff cuts so clean, sands well, strong enough for general shelving, etc.

Purchased the .5 sheet to install casters on a large storage bin - this is .25 used it for a work surface works well tough cuts w/o a problem and the price is comparable to good quality plywood

great quality HDPE, I actually use these to make heel lifts for hockey skates

This HDPE is used to line my 12" planer bed giving it a very slick surface for the lumber to move through the machine very nicely.

The gouges and scrapes will not affect my application, but one is looking for a completely smooth surface finish, there would be some preparation work required.

Item was flat and unwarped, surface was smooth with no scratches or dents, very clean cut edges, and corners are square.

Aside from that, the product arrived well protected and flat, which has been an issue with other HDPE products I have bought, and the surface is uniform.

The second unit was exceptionally well-protected by bubble-wrap all over.

The first unit was well-protected by Styrofoam sheets in the box.

Finish was free from any major blemishes, overall smooth and gloss.

Easy to cut with saw into perfect size

It's perfect size

On some forums people complained about it melting back together after cutting, but I had no such trouble using the jigsaw with the proper blade

Sized it using a fine blade on a circular saw

I then used a large (1 inch cutting blade) router trim bit to make the clean cut followed by a 1/4 round bit to clean up the edge on the top side so that the sharp edge doesn't cut through the carpet

To make the hatch I used double sided tape to stick the old hatch to this one, put it up on some blocks and then used a jigsaw to make the rough cut

and as others have mentioned, packaging was not good

The slab I received was well packaged, nice, and flat.

My only issue with this product is they were very poorly packaged and one of my sheets was dinged and dented along the ends and another slipped entirely out of the package when I went to move it from my porch

Based on the fact that the packaging was not damaged, the gouges occurred else where in handling
