My only issue with this product is they were very poorly packaged and one of my sheets was dinged and dented along the ends and another slipped entirely out of the package when I went to move it from my porch

In both cases the seller's packaging was very good, so the scratches on the second unit happened before the product was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap all over, which means it must have happened at the factory or the distributor's location.

and as others have mentioned, packaging was not good

Based on the fact that the packaging was not damaged, the gouges occurred else where in handling

seet came perfect in good packaging.

The slab I received was well packaged, nice, and flat.
