Stuck it on my window and had the best reception of a non cable tv ever ,until my new tv went out an hour later.

Signal reception can be a problem depending on the type of building you live in and were in you are located in it.

While I'm now past the time element where I can return this HDTV indoor antenna unit, I'm let down to find that by even having placed this unit in a window facing north toward Pittsburgh PA (my house is located just 35 mile from Pittsburgh and sits on top of a hill where reception should be excellent

This antenna provides strong reception and clarity for my TV

Moral of the story on these antennas is you either have good reception in your area or you don't

I did add a signal booster that also improves reception for us country folk!
