An amplifier is fine if you want to split the signal to multiple TV sets, but in many cases it can actually cause problems with your signal.

A weak signal will "pixilate".

This digital tv antenna was excellent and very good before i am using a wall socket antenna and i can get a good reception using a amplified booster as well to have a good signal

The signal stays good, even in the thunderstorms days
